The project : how do we find, connect and engage with employees working in accounts based roles within small to medium sized businesses?
How do we tailor our member benefits and services to attract and support an accounts based employee in contrast to a self employed bookkeeper to provide value as a voting member of the organisation?

Current situation:ICB has a Business Support Membership. It is non-voting, not specific to an individual, very minimal benefits
Project Plan
1. Project definition:
1a) Discuss the current situation: Refer to the client's project scope document and outline the issues. You will need to state any additional sources of information you referred to. Example: notes taken during the client's briefing, client's business website, etc. (approximately 80 words)
1b) Outline the desired outcomes that the client wants to achieve from the project team to address their issues (approx 80 words)
1c) Outline the stakeholders involved in the project. Create a stakeholder map to identify major external and internal stakeholders and their roles in the project. Include yourself, the roles and responsibilities and reporting duties of the project team and identify any limits of own responsibility and reporting requirements). (approx 80 words)

1d) Explain how and from whom clarification regarding issues relating to the project and project parameters will be sought. After the explanation, the student is to provide evidence to show that clarification/approval from the delegating authority (ie. the teacher) has been received. This should be in the form of email seeking clarity regarding legal/legislative requirements of the organisation and any ethical considerations. Clarification should also be sought on how the project relates to the client's organisation's mission, goals, objectives and overall operations. The teacher is required to provide clarification and approval to proceed with the proposed plan.

1e) Outline the client's organisation's mission, goals, objectives and overall operations. Referring to 1D, explain how the project relates to the organisation's mission, goals, objectives and overall operations (approx 80 words)

2. Develop a project plan
2a) Outline project parameters in the project plan. Include project scope and list what is included in the project and what is not. Discuss any limitations regarding budget and timelines. Discuss reporting requirements (breakdown of work tasks) and project deliverables/outcomes
