Task 1.6 Facilitate Informal Learning Opportunities Review the knowledge gaps to be addressed by an informal learning opportunity from the partially completed Learning Plans from Task 1.4. Arrange a time with each team and the selected individual team member to facilitate the informal learning opportunity. Facilitate the informal learning opportunities identified in each of the Learning Plans. For each informal learning opportunity, you must: Brief participants about the informal learning opportunity. Discuss with each team and/or individual they can expect to happen during each informal learning opportunity Discuss each knowledge gap that will be addressed in each informal learning opportunity with each of the teams and/or individual team member. Address the knowledge gaps by providing information the participants are expected to learn by the end of the informal learning opportunity
