This task requires you to describe how to manage diversity in the workplace. As the

Assistant, address the following points:

a)Develop plans for promoting diversity across Bounce Fitness.

b)Describe as part of your report, the benefits of having a diverse workforce.

c)Create and deliver a short presentation to use in each Centre to promote and encourage diversity. You may use the Bounce Fitness PowerPoint slides, handouts or other material to accompany and reinforce the message of your presentation. This presentation must be delivered to your Assessor and training groupandshouldbeat inlength. You must include a copy of your presentation and any handouts or PowerPoint slides for your Assessor.
