The case study sets up the meeting with the three partners of RIA where the final decision is going to be made.

What would you suggest?

1- Continue using the upgraded Insurastar system being implemented (Option 1)

2- Ditch implementation of Option 1 and move to Option 2

3- Go back to the legacy system

For whatever option you select, list out the reasons why you think that is the right answer as it relates to being able to solve the internal issues at RIA ( managing the staff/employees ) as well as the long term vision for RIA's success in the future.
