The company for which you work is facing low morale among employees. A team was formed to talk with employees to determine trends for the low morale. Unsurprisingly, the staff is struggling with increased workloads. Finding employees is hard; yet, the work must be completed. Those who still work for the company must do the extra work or customer demands will not be met. Unhappy customers mean the company will close. Some ask for more money. The reality is the company isn't turning much of a profit these days. Others say they wouldn't mind the extra work and would be content with their current pay if they were afforded the opportunity to have flexibility in their work schedules.
