In this portfolio project, you will put into practice your knowledge in the field of determining competitive advantages, analyzing the business environment, and choosing an appropriate strategy, as well as demonstrate how information technologies can help create and develop your business.

For your Portfolio Part 1, you will analyze your online vegetarian catering companys strengths, weaknesses and competitive environment in order to understand which business strategy you are going to apply:

1) Evaluate your companys strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats by conducting a SWOT Analysis.

2) Determine the main sources and intensity of competition in your sector by conducting Porters Five Forces Analysis.

3) Identify the business strategy you are going to follow in order to achieve success and explain why you have chosen it.
