I noticed that the 5th and 6th grade group are much more behaved that the 11th and 12thgraders. There are fewer behaviors, but not as many as the upper group has had. There have been no fights with the younger group. I have made small adjustments such as making sure to "raise and wait", just to make sure that all students ask for permission before getting up for any reason. We had so many students running up to the board or coming up to staff in the middle of a lesson. Making this quick adjustment to the rules makes a difference, with fewer behaviors occurring in class with students doing things such as going up to another student and just hitting them for no reason, with the reminder that they will lose points when breaking the rule of not asking for permission to get up. what is the best way to answer my classmate
