The neighborhood association, spurred on by some residents, has asked you to develop strategies and tactics to put an end to all this.  They hope you will help them close down the school.  How will you help the neighborhood figure out what to do? 

 Some things to think about:

1. What factors do you and the association need to take into account when selecting the strategy and tactics?
2. Who might be some of the people who can influence success or failure?
3. Which approach will do you think they could begin with?  Why do you think this will have a good chance of working? What are some of the things to do to get started?  What is needed to sustain this strategy?
4. What else do you need to consider?
