The XYZ Company has problem on its communication system. After discussion consultants they have identified a major problem on ICT department. The department is core unit of communication since all information has to pass through it. Consultants have suggest the following Change of Server and Server Room Re design of Local Area Network cabling Introduce Wireless LAN Introduce secured network to enable people work from home As expert in project you have been assigned to be Project Manager of this project with following target 

a. Prepare executive summary to be submitted to the management on how you are goin to implement this project. 

b. Identify activities to be done internally and also to be outsourced. 

c. Prepare activity based spreadsheet which have cost and indicators for each major activity.

d. Develop project implementation plan using MS Project software.(Make sure there is no hanging tasks, milestone must be clearly shown on major activities).
