Think of a group that you could set up. Use this guide to help you learn how to develop a group.

1. Statement of purpose what is the purpose of this group?
2. Target Population - including why this population was selected, needs of this group, age, gender, homogeneous/heterogeneous How members will be selected - will there be a needs assessment?
3. Logistics - time, length of the sessions, place/location of sessions
4. Leader skills - discuss the skills the leader should have to facilitate this group
5. General overview for sessions - Plan should be at least 8 sessions this could just be a general list of topics with an indicator of in which stage of development you expect the group to be
6. Final closing activity for the entire group process
