This is in regards to Intentional Torts. I'm looking for assistance with using IRAC = Issue, Rule, Analysis Conclusion for the following fact pattern. Below is what I came up with, but I feel like there is more I can add.

Fact pattern:

k Bonnet is walking through the woods one day and is stung by a bee. She can't get the stinger out and cries for help. Big Bad Bear hears her cry and walks over to Pink Bonnet, sees the stinger in her foot, and pulls it out. Pink Bonnet tells Bear, "Oh, thank you, Mr. Bear. I'm so grateful that I'll send you a large basket of Grandma's homemade blueberry muffins next week. Big Bad Bear is thrilled, and responds, "Wonderful. I will look forward to receiving them." Several weeks pass but no basket arrives. Next time Pink Bonnet walks through the woods, Big Bad Bear stops her and reminds her that she owes him the muffins. "We have a contract," he tells her.

Can Big Bad Bear enforce Pink Bonnet's promise?

Rule:An offer is an indication by one person to another of their willingness to contract on terms without any additional negotiations. A contract is formed if there is an expressed or implied agreement.

Analysis:In appreciation of Big Bad Bear's assistance Pink Bonnet made an offer of muffins.Mr. Bear accepted the offer for Pink Bonnet to deliver later.

Conclusion:One could argue that the offer was made under duress or at an emotional moment.I believe Mr. Bear could collect however of the agreement since he did accept her offer.
