This was a problem in my notes. And somehow the steps are adding 2178.598 + 2117.199 = 4295.788. Subtract that by 5000 and I have -704. Then use that to solve IRR. But my question is I have no idea where I got 2178.598 or 2117.199. Can someone please help me find where those numbers come from?
