Two men own a business together. One owner decides to burn down the business for insurance money. He doesn't let the other owner know. He walks through the business to make sure there is no one inside. He also speaks to his partner confirming that he is not in the building. However, his partner lied (for whatever reason) and was in the building. As a result of the fire, the business is destroyed and the partner is killed. What should the charges be? Why?
