Garfunkel was sensitive about his music and got very upset. Simon could see Garfunkel was getting mad. Simon then said, "really, Garfunkel, what did you do with all that money?"

"What money?" asked Garfunkel.

"The money your mother gave you for singing lessons! Ha. Ha." laughed Simon.
