where the received codeword symbols are represented by r, where r is given by

After building the system, perform the following task
a. measure the error rate without coding for n2=0.1,1.3
b. measure the error rate using iterative decoding for the one iteration and two iterations for the
following noise variances n2=0.01,0.05,0.09,0.1,0.5,0.8,1.0,1.3,1.5.
c. what is the coding gain when n2=0.1,1.3.
d. Plot the bit error rate vs.n2 for part (b).
