Use all of the course resources to diagnose the situation through the adaptive leadership lens and experiment with a plan which incorporates adaptive leadership and followership.

As you design the plan, include concepts of change Theory addressed by Dean and Wheatley. Purpose the types of interventions you would use to clam them waters of the organization and facilitate organizational change.
