  3. For each critical decision point, or next step in the process, create list of questions the different appropriate stakeholders may want to know before moving onto the next step in the process.
  4. Suggest some variables or factors that might be important in a binary or logistic prediction model at each step in a goo go decision for each important stakeholder group.
  5. Suggest a classification process to categorize the type of stakeholder interest at each decision or branch (i.e. if you were going to categorize your stakeholders into only 3 different types, what would those types be and why? What would be some common concerns of those groups of stakeholders?).
  6. Submit your process with stakeholder annotation and prediction model variables/categories at each stage.
