HR requires you to be part of the new program development and has requested that you need to develop two practical exercises that will encourage and build effective teamwork amongst all staff.

The exercises must involve team co- operation and your task will be to advise staff of the exercise requirements and observe them undertaking the exercise.

Your programs must be developed for groups of 5 individuals. The exercises should focus on:

time management skills,

problem-solving and decision-making skills, and Effective teamwork & teamwork communication.
