What is the best AWS features/tools to use for application scaling for ones cloud architecture. This would be for an online voting PHP web application hosted on AWS. Also, in terms of the above that was just written for AWS, what would be the best equivalent feature to use for Application Scaling on Azure. Please separate you're response for AWS and Azure when you respond. Providing links to any sources you use to answer the above would be appreciated. Please condense to most prominent features.
