When describing the distribution of income or wealth economists often break the population up into quintiles, 5 equal parts each consisting of 20% of the population. For example, the top wealth quintile consists of the top 20% of wealth holders. This video on US wealth distribution describes how wealth is distributed in the US amongst each of the quintiles from the top 20% to the bottom 20%.
