Make sure that you adequately establish credibility. It is always important that you show your audience they can trust what you say. Generally, this happens by providing evidence to back up your claims. This evidence can be primary research (observation, interviews, e-mail, phone conversations, etc.) or secondary research (online sources, articles, books, etc.); however, personal opinion alone will not be enough for a credible presentation. Some of the topics lend themselves better to actual research than others. Whether you choose research or not, you must build your credibility.

You will be the meeting leader, and it is important that you determine who your audience is. Do not speak as though I or your group members are your audience. Speak like you would to actual meeting members.
