Write a c++ program that Prompts the user to enter 2 integers.

Displays the following results (as an arithmetic equation):

- Addition of the two numbers

- Multiplication of the two numbers

- Result of the first number divided by the second number entered

Example output,

if the numbers 44 and 3 are entered: 44 + 3 = 47 44 * 3 = 132 44 / 3 = 14

For division, use integer division which will truncate the results.
