Write a YASARA Macro script that performs the following operations:
Open 20 PDB files in YASARA (use the 4ieh_xxx.pdb files from the module 6 crash course in writing macro scripts)
Use the Align/Mustang command to superimpose 19 of the structures (4ieh_001.pdb to 4ieh_019.pdb) onto the reference structure (4ieh_000.pdb)
Print the names of the proteins (column 1) and RMSDs (column 2) to a text file that gets saved in your home directory (the same directory where your 20 PDN structures are saved)
Hint: you can modify the superpose_ligand.mcr file that I uploaded to Module 6.
