write an asm file that reads a number.

after each number it reads it tells you if it was the smallest number you have entered or if it was not the smallest number.

also after each number it asks the user if they want to enter another number.

if the user enters a string beginning with 'n' or 'N' it terminates, otherwise it loops to prompting for another number.
