You are required to conduct and document a rent review in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW).

1. Create evidence of communication in writing with the landlord advising them that their property warrants a rental increase, provide to the landlord your reasons for an increase and attach evidence of three (3) similar properties that you have recently leased to substantiate your estimate.

2. Document the landlords response in reply to your recommendation of a rental increase. Does the landlord agree with your recommendation? If no, why?
