You are the meeting planner for a major consumer products company. Your boss has advised you to plan a meeting for the sales department during January 2019.

• This should be a three-night event
• Warm weather resort in the U.S. or offshore
• 4 or 5 star resort (choose an actual, existing resort)
• Schedule interesting meetings
• Schedule recreational activities
• Music and entertainment each evening with receptions and banquets

ATTENDANCE

• 100 participants
• Spouse/guests are invited.
• Total number expected is 200.

SCHEDULE

• Schedule key staff to conduct meetings

• Comedian and/or celebrity speaker schedule final night banquet

• Budget is $2,000 per person
• Does not including airfare
• The entire budget must be used

• Select location and site
• Create detailed budget and
• Plan and design the program from arrival to departure
• Minimum three nights and four days involved in the meeting.
• Include the program planning and your promotion effort, along with details of what your contract will include.
