Your assignment: Create (2) slides. The first slide should be cover how our company approaches scheduling. What types of scheduling do we do, what software do we use, how do we enforce the scheduling. The second slide should be a summary schedule of the project. Include summary tasks for mobilization, sitework, structure, exterior, interior rough-ins, interior finishes. Also include closeout and owner move-in. Please note when substantial completion should be. Make sure there is a timeline to show durations for each summary bar and show how long this project will take. Remember, this is our chance to sell our knowledge and abilities. If we take too long to build the job we won't get it, but if we show an unrealistically short timeframe - we won't get it either
