Your project is to organize one of the biggest school event called "Welcome". This event consists of clubs and groups setting up booths to inform students and attract them as club members for the school year. A small number of community organizations use booth space to advertise as well, but not to sell product or recruit students for employment. This is the first event of the year in which all students are invited to attend and is generally considered to be the kick-off for the school year. Students use this event to see their friends that they have not seen all summer (or longer), clubs use this event to recruit members (and officers if they still need them), and outside groups use this event to create interest in their organizations.
