You are required to select one of these topics for your assignment. Draft a well-researched paper on the topic of your choice. Both topics deal with subject matter that we will be covering later in the course.

Topic 1: Business Law LegislationDescribe the impact, both positive and negative, of one piece of legislation on your present or future career or business, or vocation. The legislation may be federal (Canadian) or provincial(Ontario). [Legislation means an Act or statute passed by Parliament or by the Ontario legislature.
