13.4 There are a number of implications of using a deductive analytical approach for the way in which you conduct the process of qualitative analysis: • You will be in a position to commence your data collection with a well-defined research question and objectives and a clear framework and propositions, derived from the theory that you will have used. • With regard to sampling, you will be in a position to identify the number and type of organisations to which you wish to gain access in order to undertake data collection to answer your research question and meet your objectives.
