In your class, do a quick anonymous survey of the pay of students (in their current or last job). You can do so, for instance, by asking each student to write only his/her gender and pay on a piece of paper without personal identifiers. Is there a gender pay gap? Discuss your results. If there is a gap, what could be some of the reasons for it?
