2. Assessing Your Intercultural Skill This chapter presented seven specific strategies to help bridge differences between people. Rank these strategies in the order of what you need to improve the most to what you need to improve the least in your interactions with people from different backgrounds. For example, assign a rank of 1 to the skill that you need to develop the most, then assign a rank of 2 to the next area you feel you need to work on, and so on. Rank yourself on all seven strategies.
