Two scanning machines are compared. When 185 items were scanned with machine A. 159 of the the scans were free of errors. When the same 185 items were scanned with machine B, only 138 of the scans were free of errors. Is this sufficient evidence to conclude that in general the probability of an error-free scan is higher for machine A than for machine B?
