At Vancouver International Airport, passengers arrive and depart, aircraft arrive and depart, service vehicles refuel planes, planes are serviced for scheduled maintenance and if they have a fault, passengers eat at restaurants, buses and taxis come and go, employees come and go, f light crews come and go, etc. Give examples from the operation of an airport of each of the topics discussed in the 12 sections of this chapter (except for Section 9.8). You can use the examples in the description above, plus your own ideas. Give your reasons for choosing each example plus the way in which the statistical topic applies to the operation of the airport. You are not asked to do any quantitative analysis.
