Job satisfaction of women in construction. The hiring of women in construction and construction-related jobs has steadily increased over the years. A study was conducted to provide employers with information designed to reduce the potential for turnover of female employees (Journal of Professional Issues in Engineering Education & Practice, Apr. 2013).
