Lenny’s Used Book Store is doing pretty well. Lenny has been the sole employee as well as the owner since it started a year ago. At this point, he limits the hours he is opened and simply shuts the book store down when he wants vacation time. Lately, he’s also finding that while he’s in the midst of sorting and shelving books, he’ll get interrupt by customers. Of course, as soon as he sits down to lunch, someone comes in. He’s thinking about hiring someone but isn’t really sure whether it’ll be part time of full time.
