2 Exercise After consulting with your GP, try and start your own light to moderate physical activity programme. You will be asked, upon clearance from your general practitioner, to engage in 30 minutes of physical activity, at 65 per cent maximum heart rate, three days a week. This can include: aerobics, cleaning, walking, biking and so forth. You can split this into 3 10 minute sessions. Please record your thoughts before and after as well as what exercise was achieved (see the table below for an example of a record of activity). Remember to build upon where you are starting from. Take the activity questionnaire to see where you fall in terms of activity levels.
