Leegin Creative Leather Products designs, manufactures, and distributes women’s fashion accessories under the brand name Brighton. PSKS operates Kay’s Kloset, a women’s apparel store, which sold Brighton goods it purchased from Leegin. In an attempt to distance itself from mega stores, Leegin instituted a pricing and promotion policy in which it offered incentives to retailers who agreed to sell at Leegin’s suggested prices.
