Design an internal representation for a Bayesian network structure; that is, a representation for the nodes and arcs of a Bayesian network (but not necessarily the parameters — prior probabilities and conditional probability tables). Implement a function which generates such a data structure from the Bayesian network described by a Netica dne input file. Use this function in the subsequent problems.
