A customer support organization is building offices in Waterloo, Slough and one in Cairo. Please provide a model of computer that will be used for the office staff, and a second model of computer that will be used for tier 1 support and a third machine for tier 2 support. Also provide recommended server hardware that should be used for virtualization for the infrastructure for each site. Also break down the IP class and how both sites will be connected. Please work on transition management in this project.
