One of my friends is working as the teacher in the top one positioned school of our region. This school is a magnet school and ranked as number one in its region for superior academics. Around ninety nine percent of students of this school are capable in together reading and math. Students of this school take part in its curriculum events actively each year. This curriculum is one day long, in which students share their projects of research, look at probable careers and be trained about upcoming projects of research inside school. Moreover the school is ranked as the thirty five for having superior teachers, but my friend (who is working as the teacher inside school) notice that one teacher in the school is not operating fine. That teacher does not caries out his accountabilities with deviation and on time. The teacher remains absent for many times from school. The teaching approach of the teacher is not extreme fine. Students are not pleased from his teaching approaches since he does not teach extreme well and resolve the difficulties of students for comprehending their study chapters. That teacher continue to survive in the school as he is having the superior degrees or qualifications and management of the school considers him as a proficient teacher since he becomes obedient and good in front of management. Subsystem of the school should be altered so that tasks and teaching approaches of the entire teachers inside school can be determined and checked. Recommendation The school is recommended to organize any seminar or gathering on every definite period of time to motivate its teachers that their aim is to superiorly educate the students since the upcoming time or carrier of the students is in hands of teachers. School should motivate its teachers that they should look for the superior probable approaches to educate the students so that students can learn their difficulties without difficulty
