Ariely (2010) supports these findings and notes that when individuals witness situations that are either positive or negative their emotions are guiding forces in the application of their strategy formulation which can affect their implementation of ideas in an organization and can affect the manner individuals communicate with each other due to the emotions they have felt or are feeling (Ariely, 2010)
