Cost:

The cost for our services is $35,000, which covers all the services listed above and includes the venue rental for the specified date and time. We understand the importance of sticking to a budget and will work with you to create a plan that fits your financial needs. We will provide weekly payments of around $5,000 from the start of the project until the wedding day.

BASED ON THE ABOVE PROPOSAL, DEVELOP AN IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

It should include, but not limited the following:

• A version control of your baseline indicating this is version no. 1.
• A summary of the project (to tell him/her where we are at).
• A legal warning about confidentiality/access to privileged information about your firm/consent not to reuse/disclose the information in the Plan to a third party, because someof the information in the plan is privileged or reveals some trademark secrets.
• A short "reminder" of the scope/purpose or objectives (and any changes agreed upon since the Proposal was accepted).
• The introduction of the Project Team Roles and Responsibilities.
• The contact person for the Project and its contact details.
• A narrative introducing the network diagram/paths or a paragraph explaining the important/critical steps in the project (if a network diagram is not appropriate for your customer, don't put one).
• A detailed baseline schedule (ensure you identify your resources).
• A detailed budget (ensure you identify your costs: labor, materials, third parties, equipment, rentals, travelling costs, and so on).
• Any other information you see fit based on the nature of your project and its duration, such as progress reports that will be prepared, the change policy/form that was agreed upon in the proposal, control/measures you want to use in the context of your project, special directives to the Project Team.
• Any other important documentation from the proposal you want to reuse to remind the customer of what was agreed upon (in appendices).
• Any other component that you identified in your readings that is adapted to your project, such as a communication plan, a stakeholder plan, a change management process and more as appropriate.
