Client is a cis-gender, gay divorced man in his 60s. He is currently HIV+, sober from alcohol addiction for over 15 years. He has started a new dating relationship with a younger man (40's) and is having trouble being sexual and talking about sex with this partner. The partner, who is on PrEP, doesn't want to use condoms and has a drastically different relationship with HIV and discussing sexual health. The client heavily associates sex with the AIDS crisis and alcohol use.
