In your presentation to Mr Green consider the following: a) the scope of services that can be provided by a Registered BAS Agent under the Tax Agent Services Act. b) the term 'BAS provision' as defined in Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 and how this is related to a Registered BAS Agent's scope of services. c) services that can be provided by a Tax Agent, but not by a BAS agent.
