Discuss the following statement.

Any profession needs to be flexible to adapt and change with its changing landscape, otherwise it risks becoming less relevant. Creative accounting gives flexibility...it is only with this flexibility that we can adapt and stay relevant, the corollary is that to stamp out creative accounting we are at the same time curtailing the ability to adapt.
