• Explain the key strengths and weaknesses of JDE over SAP, SYSPRO, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Hypothesize why the TS Group preferred the JDE product.
• Assuming that consultants were equally available for any of the four products, present an argument about which of the constituents (executives, divisional managers, finance controllers, MIS) unduly influenced the decision? Justify your response with reference(s) to the original text.
