Grab is the most popular application in Southeast Asia and it introduced GrabMart in August 2020 in response to the demand for delivery services for necessities during the COVID-19 outbreak. Recently, they warmly welcomes supermarket chains, convenience stores and small- to medium sized business to join onto GrabMart for their everyday goods delivery services. Use GrabMart as a study case, do a research based on the following questions: What type of e-commerce application they are using? What are the network infrastructures required to support the business process of e- commerce? How can network be used to remove structural barriers in this e-commerce application?
