Issue: in a high rise tower huge fire water tank got flooded and damaged below level facility room ceiling so, building manager needs to email water tank provider to come and inspect the damaged water tank inside and out and make sure water tank is not compromised. how can he email to the contractor in a professional language so contractor can understand the situation and help him out to sort out the damaged water tank issue?
