Recognize important human resource managerial factors when managing innovation, creativity, talent, career management and networking. 4. Develop a succession plan for emerging talent performers. 5. Evaluate the career management and networking. Innovation involves the development of new customer value (products, processes and services) through solutions that meet new needs or current needs in new ways. There is not a recipe for innovation but you can increase the odds of innovation if you manage accordingly and set/facilitate the adequate tools and processes to encourage innovation. Also by understanding the key aspects that lead to innovation. An innovator must have and pursue the following key attributes: Knowledge o Business, Operations, Specific issues in area of expertise, commercialization, patents, business start up. o Customer Value and Competitive Advantage.
